Dr. Olayinka Gafar Okeola

Water Resources & Environmental Engineering
Dr Olayinka Gafar Okeola is a Reader with the Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Ilorin. He has served in various administrative positions in both the department and faculty. He was the Acting HOD between 2022 and 2024. His research interest is in application of Decision Support Systems (DSS) and statistical tools in Water Resources System management, including surface water hydrology, water policy, urban water supply management, water supply infrastructure, stormwater harvesting and new evolving interest: Water Energy Food Nexus (WEF). One of his milestones is winning of TetFund research Grant.
