ALABI, Khaleel Abiodun is a Lecturer in the Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering and about to complete Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Ilorin.  He has over seven years of teaching experience, alongside extensive student mentorship, complement professional and academic activities. Research interests include hydro-informatics, water resources management, flood risk management, hydraulic structures, smart waste management, circular economy, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in water and environmental engineering. Professional experience includes engagements with the Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency (NIHSA), Interhydro Consultancy, Upper Niger River Basin Development Authority, and Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority. Academic contributions include seminar papers, scholarly research, and manuscripts submitted to international Q1 journals.
